Kalzinol is a polymer reinforced, fast setting zinc oxide eugenol cement in a dentine shade.
Kalzinol is indicated as a base under filling materials, soothing temporary filling, temporary seal for medicament dressings as well as indirect pulp capping.
The product complies with the specification of ISO 3107 for type II materials.
Kalzinol is mechanically reinforced by addition of polystyrene and has a light yellow, dentin-like, opaque shade.
